Precision Micro can process a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous materials including hard metals and exotic alloys that are difficult or impossible to machine to such tolerances by other means.


Capabilities & Tolerances


  • Material thickness 0.01mm to 250mm.
  • Minimum wire cutting diameter 0.1mm.
  • Max weight of work piece 350kgs.
  • Aperture walls created by Wire edm are parallel, unlike those cut by laser or water jet.
  • Accuracy ±5µm.
  • Surface finish depends on number of passes and machining speed.
