Production Part Approval Process

In order to help further minimise lead times and in the light of the introduction of two new manufacturing technologies, LEEF and LEEP, Precision Micro now offers the facility for customers and potential customers to qualify and approve the Company's process capability at pre-production stage.
The use of production techniques that rely predominantly on digital tooling enables the Company to physically demonstrate process capabilities in terms of precision, quality and repeatability. Customers can evaluate process suitability and appraise the quality systems under which a project will be carried out; qualifying and approving the process even before the design stage is complete.
Where 'time to market' is crucial, pre-production qualification can be a vital tool in minimising the critical path.
